Accessing E-mail

Please go to: http://mail.cheapdialup.net to login. It's a good idea to bookmark that page for easy future reference. Or, you can always access it from any page of our site by clicking on 'Access WebMail' in CheapDialup's left-hand navigation.

Your username will be your full e-mail address which is your username with @cheapdialup.net (username@cheapdialup.net).

Help - Unable to send mail

Our servers require authentication when sending mail.  If you are not sending authentication, you will get a relay denied error, this server is not configured to send mail for....

To fix, open Outlook or Outlook Express, Click on Tools>Accounts>Mail Tab>Double click on Cheapdialup mail account.  On the 'Servers' tab, click the box, My Server Requires Authentication.  Click Apply>OK, then close Outlook Express and restart program.


Help - Unable to get into Web Mail

Problem 1 - Invalid Logon error
Make sure you are using your entire email address as your user name.  This is the most common error.  Your password is case sensitive, make sure you are typing in the correct password.  If unsure, contact us below.

Problem 2 - After Logging in, I am returned back to the Login screen
Make sure you have cookies turned on in your system.  If cookies are not turned on, you will be returned to the login screen.  To turn cookies on:
 Click>Tools>Options>Privacy>Advanced>Override Automatic Cookie Handling>Accept Cookies

If you have already ordered High Speed Dialup for us, you will need to download and install this software on your system. If you have Windows, click on the Windows Link above. Click on Run when the option comes up and the software will automatically install. Accept all of the defaults. Once you reboot, the first time you dialup, the accelerator will ask for your Username and Password. Type in the same user name and password that you used to sign up for the account.

If you have a Mac system, click on the High Speed Accelerator for Mac and follow the same set of instructions above.
